What is Coaching?

A life coach is a wellness professional who helps people to reach their full potential and live a life of greater fulfilment. We help our clients in many areas of their lives including relationships, careers, and behaviour patterns of your day-to-day life by clarifying your goals, identifying your barriers providing you with the skills you need to create long-lasting change.

How am I different?

My approach is a mixture of spiritual and scientific, with a keen interest in how trauma (both emotional and physical) can leave a physical imprint on our bodies. That’s right, break-ups can physically change us.

I like to take an approach whereby we get curious and explore all possibilities that we may not have considered previously. I like to incorporate playfulness, creativity and self-expression to really hear your voice. The majority of our behavioural traits have been adopted to protect us. By digging deep and reconnecting with ourselves and our core values/beliefs, we can create lasting change and build a fulfilling life that we’re truly excited by.
